We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing & Bid Coordinator to support our busy Communications teams in monitoring and identifying new business opportunities and delivering high quality bid and tender submissions.
With proven experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating tender and bid submissions; preparing presentations and pitches for new projects; project research; producing [redacted]-hoc brochures and maintaining the library of bid responses and the practice image library.
An understanding and ability to communicate projects, positioning, philosophy and approach is essential for this role. As such the successful candidate must be articulate; have first class writing and graphic design skills; and prior experience as a Bid Coordinator gained within an architecture or urban design practice.
A genuine interest and enthusiasm for placemaking and the built environment is important.
Experience of communicating through digital and print media and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
