Catherine provided an excellent experience for our bespoke ring service. From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding us through many different designs and ideas while making sure we felt comfortable exploring options. What we appreciated most was her honesty—whenever we asked for her opinion, she gave thoughtful and sincere advice that helped us better understand what suited our fingers, hands, and skin tone. My mom initially had her heart set on diamonds, but Catherine encouraged us to consider something unique. We eventually chose a green tourmaline, which felt modern, special, and truly meaningful. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable, and my mom is extremely happy with the final ring. The wait was absolutely worth it, and we are grateful for Catherine’s professionalism and expertise.
