Passed by this place after being diasappointed by other sellers who tried to hardsell to us and was very pleasantly surprised. Catherine, who attended to us was very patient and friendly and there was no hardselling. Just received our rings today and very satisfied!

From the beginning, Ruth and Catherine were really friendly and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. Our designer Ruth was very patient with us throughout the process, guiding us and providing her expertise. From choosing the diamond right till the collection of the final product, the process was extremely smooth and the team was really prompt in replying to our queries and providing updates. Huge thank you to the team for delivering my partner's dream ring, she can't stop looking at it! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for bespoke rings and an enjoyable and easy buying experience.

May, Ruth and the team were very helpful and attentive in guiding us to understand our preferences as well as showcasing the various options available. They were also very open to discussing various financing options as well as methods to help us maximize our budget to get the prettiest ring we could. We especially appreciated their patience helping us create 4 different mockups of possible designs before we reached out final decision on how the ring would look like, which really help us visualize and decide what our dream ring looked like!

I am so thrilled about my experience with Catherine :) The entire process was so so well done and I can’t recommend her enough!!
In my first visit, I had many unconventional ideas about how I wanted my partner’s male engagement ring to be and was not sure how to incorporate my ideas into a ring but Catherine captured all my ideas and thoughts beautifully!! I was so amazed by her patience, systematic thinking, creativity drawings and how she managed to translate all my ideas in terms of colours and design into something that was more beautiful than I could have imagined.
I was kept well updated during the process and even though I had some anxiety about the designs, Catherine remained calm and reassuring always willing to address my concerns!
I’m so happy with an end result which truly speaks of my partners and my relationship! It was something that’s so much more meaningful than picking it off the rack and it’s a piece of jewellery we will forever hold close to our hearts!
I wish I had more words to thank Catherine for the amazing experience she gave me!! She’s been brilliant in every regard and I have no hesitation in recommending her!!
