Contacted them via Instagram. Was served by Ben. This person is simply ill trained. Snappedshot to him the one that I was interested in but he keep asking for my email. Upon giving, keep asking me what I am interested in when I have sent over the snapshot. Then proceeded to ask me to make and appointment to their store. Never answered my question from the beginning!

It started with 1 perfect ring out of all the rings, we have seen, we took a leap for a one stop solution and we never looked back.
Ruth service was outstanding in getting us through the details and guiding us through the processes smoothly. She also supported me on the small and big favour in getting the ring done and delivered in the way that had been planned for.
I truly appreciate Ruth and Tessellate for making this moment for us special. Definitely recommend to come back again for other future purposes.

When I picked up the ring I found the design amazing and the quality of the diamond was flawless to my mind! I highly recommend Bespoke and Evon if you are searching for a custom ring that is not from the mainstream!
